  2. 1 medium red onion

  3. 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar

  5. 1 hard-cooked egg , finely chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil , torn Salt and pepper

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook beans for 3 to 5 minutes and drain.

  2. Toss with thin onion wedges, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Top with egg and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
