  1. 3 cups cooked rice

  2. 1 lb. medium shrimp , cleaned, cooked

  3. 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves , toasted, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup sliced green onion s

  5. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

  6. 2 Tbsp. oil

  1. MIX rice, shrimp, pecans and onions in large bowl.

  2. BEAT teriyaki sauce and oil with wire whisk until well blended. Add to rice mixture; mix well. Cover.

  3. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
