  1. 1 c Chopped onion

  2. 2 Chilis, minced

  3. 2 tb Veg. oil

  4. 1 ts Ground cumin seeds

  5. 1 ts Ground coriander seeds

  6. 1 lg Tomato, chopped

  7. -(about 1 cup ) 2 ts Unbleached white flour

  8. 1 c Plain yogurt

  9. 10 minutes. Add the cumin and coriander and saute for a minute, stirring constantly. Stir in the tomato and flour and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, stir in the yogurt. Heat the sauce thoroughly, but do not allow it to boil or the yogurt will curdle. Add salt to taste and serve.
