  1. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chopped celery

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped onion

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  4. 1 cup 237ml Catsup

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  10. 1 Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. In a skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

  2. Serve warm with grilled beef, pork, or chicken, or brush on meats during last 10 minutes of grilling time.

  3. This recipe yields sauce for 8 to 10 servings.
