  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame oil

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ginger root - finely chopped

  3. 3 Green onions - chopped

  4. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Broccoli flowerets

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Balsamic vinegar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Honey

  1. Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add ginger and green onions and cook gently for one minute, or until fragrant.

  2. Add broccoli and stir-fry for about two minutes, just until it loses its rawness.

  3. Combine soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Add to skillet and cook for one minute, or just until broccoli is tender. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
