  7. 16 x Large field mushrooms

  8. 4 oz Chopped onions

  9. 4 oz Whole wheat breadcrumbs

  10. 4 oz Sausage meat

  11. 1 t Chopped sage

  12. 1 x Salt and pepper

  13. Wash and peel mushrooms. Remove stalks and discard. Brush mushrooms with

  14. melted butter. Fry onions in remaining butter. When tender, mix onion

  15. and butter with breadcrumbs, sausagemeat, herbs and seasonings. Divide

  16. among the mushrooms. Place mushrooms in a shallow ovenproof dish, pour 4

  17. tablespoons of water into the bottom of the dish, and bake for 15-20
