  7. 1 pk 18.1/2-oz. yellow cake mix

  8. 4 Eggs

  9. 1 c Orange juice

  10. 1/2 c Cooking oil

  11. 1 pk 3.1/2-oz. instant pistachio

  12. -pudding mix

  13. 3/4 c Chocolate syrup

  14. --CHOCOLATE

  15. GLAZE--

  16. 2 c Sifted confectioners' sugar

  17. 2 tb Cocoa

  18. 1 tb Soft butter

  19. 1/2 ts Vanilla

  20. 2 tb To 4 tablespoons milk

  21. In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, oil and pudding.

  22. 1 minute, then on high speed

  23. 3 minutes. Pour

  24. 2/3 of batter

  25. into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Add chocolate syrup to

  26. remaining

  27. 1/3 of batter and mix at medium speed until blended. Pour over top of

  28. batter in pan. Marbleize by cutting through batter with knife. Bake at

  29. 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool in pan

  30. 10-15 minutes.

  31. Turn out onto wire rack. Top with chocolate glaze when cool.

  32. Chocolate Glaze - in small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and butter. Add

  33. vanilla and milk gradually to achieve desired thickness and stir until

  34. smooth.
