  1. 1 1/2 c Lentils, washed

  2. Grated 2 Hardboiled eggs, peeled and Thinly sliced into half-mo

  3. 2 Oranges, peeled, halved and 2 Scallions, thinly sliced

  4. 1/2 c Raisins

  5. 1/2 ts Oregano leaf

  6. 1 Cl Garlic, minced

  7. 3 tb Orange juice

  8. Bumpy beer mustard

  9. 1/2 c Calvert's cedar street

  10. 2 tb Red wine vinegar

  11. 3 c Chicken stock

  12. Boston lettuce,to line plat

  1. Bring chicken stock and lentils to a boil and cook 25 minutes.

  2. Make dressing by combining vinegar, Calvert's Cedar Street Bumpy Beer Mustard, orange juice, and garlic.

  3. Drain lentils and toss to coat with salad dressing.

  4. Add raisins and scallions.

  5. Refrigerate until cool.

  6. Mound lentil salad on lettuce leaves.

  7. Place overlapping orange slices around perimeter.

  8. Top with grated egg.
