  11. 1 t Baking powder

  12. 1 t Cinnamon

  13. 2 Eggs -- OR...

  14. 6 tb -Egg substitute

  15. 1/3 c Margarine -- melted

  16. 1/4 c Honey

  17. 1/4 c Molasses

  18. 1 tb Finely grated orange peel

  19. 1 t Vanilla

  20. 1 c Orange juice

  21. 1 c Chopped Calif. Dried Figs

  22. 3/4 c Golden raisins

  23. 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

  24. Combine flours, sugar, wheat germ, baking powder and cinnamon. In smaller

  25. bowl, blend eggs, margarine, honey, molasses, orange peel, vanilla and orange juice with wire whip. Add liquid to dry ingredients, whip until

  26. smooth. Add figs, raisins, and walnuts. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch

  27. 300 F. oven

  28. 35 minutes, until it tests done.
