  1. 1 medium Ripe papaya (about 1 pound)

  2. 1/4 cup White vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup Lemon juice

  4. 1 Tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro

  5. 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  6. 5 drops Honey-flavour

  7. 1 Tablespoon sweetener for sugar

  8. 2 Teaspoon Grated gingerroot or 3/4 Teaspoon Ground ginger

  9. 1/4 Teaspoon Chili powder

  10. 1/8 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon

  1. Preparation : Pare papaya. Cut papaya in half and scoop out centers. Chop papaya finely. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10-inch skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.
