  1. 1 cup raisins

  2. 1 1/2 cups water

  3. 1/2 cup shortening

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 cup oatmeal

  6. 1 tablespoon sugar substitute

  7. 1 cup flour

  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preparation : Boil raisins and water. Add other ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan; at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until done.
