  2. juice of 1/2 lemons

  3. 200 g creme fraiche

  4. 1 cucumber , sliced into thin ribbons

  5. a handful of chives

  6. melba toast , to serve

  1. Mix the smoked salmon, lemon juice, crème fraîche and cucumber in a bowl.

  2. Garnish with chives and serve with Melba toast.
