  2. CRANBERRY-RAISIN SAUCE

  7. 1/2 c Fresh or frozen cranberries

  8. 1 tb Cornstarch

  9. 1/8 ts Ground cloves

  10. 4 tb Raisins

  11. Cinnamon stick

  12. Combine the juice and cranberries in a saucepan. Cook over medium

  13. heat just until the berries "pop." Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the mixture is thick. Serve hot over baked ham (or with

  14. turkey.)
