  2. RAVIOLI WITH BROCCOLI SAUCE

  7. 1/4 c Olive Oil

  8. 4 Garlic Cloves -- chopped

  9. Salt and Pepper to taste

  10. 1/4 c Dried Red Pepper Flakes

  11. 1 c Heavy Cream

  12. 1 1/2 lb Broccoli

  13. 3/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese

  14. 15 oz Frozen Ricotta Ravioli

  15. Substitute Romano Cheese if desired Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add

  16. garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper. Saute until garlic is lightly browned,

  17. 5-7 mins. Add cream; cook

  18. 20 min. to thicken, stirring occasionally.

  19. Meanwhile, cut broccoli into 1-1/2 flowerettes. Place in separate pan,

  20. cover with water and cook until tender, drain and set aside. Add cheese to

  21. sauce mixture, stir to blend. Prepare broccoli as directed, drain. Add
