  1. 1 pound(s) Broccoli

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) Dark Sesame oil

  3. 1 pound(s) fettucine

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) Light olive oil

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic, minced

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes

  7. 1 package(s) Tofu

  8. 6 tablespoon(s) Soy Sauce, reduced sodium

  9. 3 tablespoon(s) Rice Wine Vinegar

  10. 2 tablespoon(s) Light brown Sugar

  1. Cut the brocolli into 1/2 inch pieces 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook until crunchy-tender, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water. Drain.

  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook.

  3. Whil the pasta is cooking, heat the sesame oil and olive oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and red pepper and stri-fry for 10 seconds. Add the broccoli, tofu cubes, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

  4. Drain the pasta a toss it wiht the broccoli mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
