3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk, boiling
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 squares of chocolate, melted
1 egg, beaten

Instructions Mix sugar, flour, beaten egg and melted chocolate. Pour in gradually the boiling milk and cook for about 4 minutes or until smooth and thick. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
