    1. Dough :

    2. 2 C flour

    3. pinch salt

    4. 1 tbsp sugar

    5. 1 - 1/2 tbsp crisco

    6. 1 large egg well beaten

    7. 2 tbsp vinegar

    8. 2 tbsp water Filling:

    9. 1 pint ricotta

    10. 1 8oz. mascarpone

    11. powdered sugar to taste

    12. 1 C mini chocolate chips

    13. Mix all ingredients together.

    1. Dough:

    2. Mix all ingredients together like a pie crust.

    3. Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out circles. Fill like a turnover.

    4. Deep fry till golden brown. When cool dust with powdered sugar.
