  1. 4 ears super-sweet yellow corn

  2. 1/2 medium red bell pepper , chopped

  3. 1/2 medium green bell pepper , chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon butter , or to taste

  5. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut corn from ears and put corn into a medium frypan. Add chopped peppers and butter. Saute for just a few minutes, or until peppers and corn are tender and hot but still have their color. Do not overcook. Season to taste, or let everyone do their own seasoning.
