  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Ground turkey

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Mayonnaise

  3. 1 Dry onion soup mix - (1 oz)

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced fresh thyme

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced fresh rosemary

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  7. 8 Hamburger buns

  8. Toppings

  9. Honey mustard

  10. Mayonnaise

  11. Lettuce

  12. Sliced tomato

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Grill over medium-high heat (350F to 400F) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve on buns with desired toppings.

  2. If you don't have fresh thyme and rosemary, substitute dried and use half the amount.
