  7. 1 x Pork loin end roast --

  8. 4-5 lb

  9. Salt and pepper

  10. 1 Garlic clove -- sliced

  11. 2 md Onions, sliced

  12. 2 Bay leaves

  13. 1 Whole clove

  14. 1 c Hot water

  15. 2 tb Soy sauce

  16. Rub pork roast with salt and pepper. Make tiny slits

  17. in meat and insert slivers of garlic. Place roast in

  18. 15 to 20 minutes to remove

  19. excess fat.

  20. Put 1 sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Add

  21. browned pork roast and remaining onion and other

  22. ingredients. Cover and cook on low until done --about 10 hours. To thicken gravy; remove roast to serving

  23. 2 tbsp cornstarch with

  24. 2 tbsp cold

  25. water to form a smooth paste. Set on high and pour in

  26. paste. Stir well and let come to a boil - about 15

  27. minutes til thickened.
