  2. PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (AM)

  6. 1 1/2 c AM Crunch Peanut Butter

  7. 3/4 c Honey

  8. -OR- other natural sweetener

  9. 1 t Vanilla

  10. 1/2 c AM Brown Rice Flour

  11. 3/4 c AM Barley Flour

  12. Stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla together. Mix

  13. rice and barley flour together and stir into mixture.

  14. Roll into small balls. On an oiled cookie sheet,

  15. flatten the balls out fairly thin. Bake 7-8 minutes

  16. at 350 F. Let cool on the cookie sheet before removing.
