  1. 4 cups oat bran

  2. 2 cups skim milk

  3. 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple

  4. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  5. 1 cup honey

  6. 2 egg s (or equivalent eggbeaters)

  7. 2 cups whole wheat flour

  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  9. dash of salt

  10. cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

  11. 2 cups blueberries (or other fresh or frozen fruit )

  1. Mix oat bran and milk, let stand for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and put in greased muffin tins. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
