  1. 8 oz Shiitakes

  2. 1 tb Olive oil

  3. 1 tb Tamari

  4. 1 tb Garlic, crushed

  5. 1 ts Rosemary, minced

  6. Salt & black pepper 1 ts Maple syrup

  7. 1 ts Sesame oil, otional

  8. Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
