  1. 2 ts Brown sugar

  2. 4 ts Tamari

  3. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  4. 2 ea Garlic cloves

  5. 1 ts Minced ginger

  6. 1 c Firm tofu, cubed

  7. 1/4 c Water

  8. 2 c Broccoli, chopped

  9. 2 ea Scallions, chopped

  10. 1 minute. Add tofu & water & cook for 2 minutes. Add tamari mixture to the wok & cook for 1 minute. Add broccoli & cook until tender-crisp. Mix in scallions & serve hot over rice.
