  2. 1 frying chicken, cut into pieces

  3. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

  4. 1/4 cup flour

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

  8. 1/2 cup chicken stock

  9. 1 can mushrooms, drained

  10. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  11. Zucchini, sliced into medium pieces

  12. Freshly ground black pepper

  13. Parsley to garnish

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.

  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, cheese and paprika.

  3. Coat chicken pieces with mixture.

  4. Place zucchini in bottom of crockpot.

  5. Pour stock over zucchini.

  6. Arrange chicken on top.

  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until tender.

  8. Turn control to high and add mushrooms.

  9. Cover and cook on high for another 10-15 minutes.

  10. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and parsley.
