  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  3. 1 3/4 cups 255g / 9oz Cracker crumbs

  4. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Flour

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Milk Filling

  8. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Corn starch

  10. 1 Egg

  11. 1 cup 237ml Hot water

  12. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Coconut

  1. Recipe Instructions BASE: Mix all ingredients well and put half in 8 inch pan and put filling on top then cover with rest of crumbs and bake until well browned. FILLING: Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick, remove from heat and add coconut, pour over crumbs in pan and put rest of crumbs on top.
