  1. 6 Ripe avocados, (Haas are the best)

  2. 4 Garlic, minced

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Fresh tomato, chopped

  4. 1 cup 237ml Lime, juice of (medium)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Green taco sauce

  1. Mash avocados with a fork in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
