  1. 2 lbs smoked ham

  2. 2 lbs ground pork

  3. 1 small onion ,chopped

  4. 1 C dry bread crumbs

  5. 1 C milk

  6. 2 egg s

  7. 1/4 t. pepper

  8. 1 t. salt

  1. Mix together and form into loaf or two. Serves 16. Baste with the following as it cooks.

  2. cup brown sugar 1 t. dry mustard ⅓ cup cider vinegar ½ cup water Boil together 5 minutes and use to baste ham loaf as it cooks. Allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Good for buffet. Divide for family.
