  2. 2 pounds Lean beef round -- trimmed

  3. Of Fat -- ground

  4. 2 Onions -- chopped

  5. To 1 clove garlic; minced

  6. Or 1/8 t. garlic powder

  7. 1 teaspoon Salt

  8. 2 teaspoons Dried oregano

  1. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Chop tomatoes; mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 350 one hour, basting frequently with reserved tomato juice. Per Serving: Calories--225⅖ Carbohydrate--5.1 grams Fat--11½ grams Recipe By :
