  1. 1 1/2 pounds beef round, passed through meat chopper

  2. 1 1/2 cups macaroni, broken in pieces

  3. 1 egg

  4. 4 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil the macaroni in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water and cool for about 3 minutes. In a bowl mix together the beef, egg, macaroni and seasonings. Put butter in a frying pan. Put on hot fire. When butter is foaming, put beef and macaroni mixture in the frying pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes. Place frying pan in a hot oven and let cook for about 10 minutes. Then serve.
