  2. 1 Red onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Fresh cilantro leaves

  4. 2 Fresh jalapenos - chopped, up to

  5. 1 Lime - Juice of

  6. Grated rind of that lime

  7. 1 Salt

  1. Mix it all and let chill for at least one hour. Really delicious as an after- Q nibble... hits the palette spot refreshingly.
