  3. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

  4. 3 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  6. 3 tablespoons grey poupon country dijon mustard

  7. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  8. hot cooked rice

  1. Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and done. Remove from heat. Stir in wine and mustard. Return to heat; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over rice.
