  1. Ingredients (serves 4)

  2. 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  3. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  4. 12 small flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed

  5. olive oil spray

  6. 8 slices Turkish bread, thinly sliced

  7. 1/4 cup roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley

  1. Combine garlic and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.

  2. Brush mushroom tops with balsamic mixture. Spray lightly with oil. Place stalk-side up on grill tray.

  3. Preheat grill on high. Grill mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Spray bread with oil. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

  4. Arrange mushrooms and bread on serving plates. Sprinkle with parsley.
