  1. Bacon & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

  2. Makes: 8 (1/2-cup) servings

  3. 1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes), unpeeled, quartered

  4. 1/2 cup mayo

  5. 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

  6. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  7. 1/4 tsp. salt

  8. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  9. 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

  10. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce

  11. heat to medium. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash

  12. potatoes. Add dressing, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat

  13. until fluffy. Stir in cheese.
