    1. 2 lbs. ground beef

    2. 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

    3. 2 onion slices, finely chopped

    4. 2 tbsp. Burgundy wine

    5. Seasoning salt

    6. Salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Brown ground beef, drain. Combine all ingredients – except mashed potatoes and butter – in baking dish. Cover with a layer of mashed potatoes, dotted liberally with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
