  1. 1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin

  2. 1 cup canned milk

  3. 1cup sugar

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  5. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  6. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  7. 2 egg s, slightly beatened.

  8. 1 tbsp. butter

  1. Combine ingredients. Mix thorougly. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan or frozen 9" pie shell. Bake in hot oven (350°-375°) about 45 minutes. or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream.
