  1. 10 oz 284g Chopped spinach - frozen, thawed

  2. 1 Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix

  3. 16 oz 454g Sour cream

  4. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  5. 8 oz 227g Water chestnuts - chopped

  6. 3 Green onions - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover; chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups. NOTES : Great served with Triscuits.
