  1. 1 cup 237ml Condensed milk

  2. 1 Whipping cream

  3. 1 cup 237ml Whole milk

  4. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Almonds or cashews

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Pistachios

  6. 1 Saffron

  1. Blend all the ingredients and transfer to an aluminum pan.

  2. Keep the pan in the freezer for 3 hours.

  3. Blend ingredients well and transfer to a mold.

  4. Keep in freezer until serving.

  5. Dip mold in hot water to loosen; transfer ice cream to platter and garnish with sliced almonds.
