  1. 1 Salmon - (drained)

  2. 1 Cream cheese

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Grated onion

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Horseradish

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Liquid smoke

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Pecans

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Snipped parsley

  1. Mix together all except pecans and parsley a day ahead.

  2. Refrigerate covered.

  3. When firm, form 2 logs and roll in chopped pecans.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
