  1. 1 C chopped onion

  2. 1 lb extra lean ground beef

  3. 1-2 tsp chili powder

  4. 1 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1/4 tsp pepper

  6. 1 Tbsp white vinegar

  7. 1 large can roma tomatoes

  8. 1 540 ml can romano beans

  9. 1 540 ml can chick peas

  10. 1 280 ml can sliced mushrooms

  1. Brown beef with onions. Add spices.

  2. Transfer to crock pot, add remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer as long as possible (at least 2 hours).
