Pour whipping cream into a mixing bowl and mix on high. After about a minute add the vanilla. Then add the granulated sugar, a tablespoon at a time. Next, add the powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Last, add the squeeze of the lemon.
When the whipping cream is light and fluffy and fully whipped, fold in the sour cream. You can serve immediately but I think it's best chilled.
This is delicious with all fruits but my favorites are strawberries and fresh cut pineapple.

July 17, 2007 09:24 -Walking Tacos Here is a camping recipe sent in by Melody Fresonke.
Camping recipes are best, in my opinion, when they are easy to prepare, taste good and are easy to clean up. So if you enjoy Mexican food when you are camping, give this a try. It's called Walking Tacos or Bag Tacos.
You start by preparing everything at home so when you are at your campsite all you need to do is heat one thing up on the stove and throw everything together. You don't even have to dirty a plate as everything goes into a Dorito bag which serves as your bowl.
If nothing else your kids will love this recipe and you can easily modify it to your taste.
Here is the recipe for Walking Tacos which serves about 4:
1lb ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce 1 tomato, cut into chunks 1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped 1 small container of sour cream 4 small bags of Doritos or your favorite chips Directions :
At home, prepare the ground beef, following the directions on the taco seasoning package. Chop and prepare all the other ingredients and place in containers for your camping trip. Once you are camping and it's time for dinner, heat the cooked ground beef in a frying pan.
Carefully open the bags of chips along the top edge. You don't want to tear the bag. Smash the chips a little with your hand. Then add the meat to each of the bags followed by all the other ingredients. Try not to over fill the bags as you want to be able to mix everything up. Give everyone a fork and enjoy your dinner.
Since this is such a great kid recipe, you can use it for birthday parties, sleep overs, football games, etc.
