  2. 1/3 cup Grated romano cheese

  3. 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or in a jar, marinated is best) whole wheat pita bread

  1. How to make it Let cream cheese sit and get to room temperature (about 1/2 an hour) so it's nice and soft. Or microwave for 10-15 seconds. Mix cream cheese, romano and artichoke hearts. Cut Pita bread into small strips or squares, or just randomly rip into pieces. Dip! Or use some sort of civilized eating utensil to spread the dip onto the small pieces of bread. :)
