  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. 3/4 cup Sugar

  3. 1 ounces Baker's Bitter Sweet Chocolate

  4. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 9 inch baked pie shell

  7. 1 cup whipping Cream

  8. 1/2 cup Walnuts

  1. Thoroughly cream room-temperature butter with sugar. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition. Pour into cooled pie shell and chill 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle walnuts over the top.

  2. Remember you can substitute 3 tablespoons of cocoa plus 1 tablespoon cooking oil if you do not have any bakers squares on hand.
