    1. 1 2-3 pound Whole fryer, cut into serving pieces

    2. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

    3. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

    4. 1 cup fresh grated coconut

    5. 1/2 cup scallion s chopped

    6. 4 to 6 hot pepper s sliced

    7. 1 tablespoon salt

    1. Grill or broil chicken until almost done; cool, remove skin, bone and dice, put into a bowl add all other ingredients. The juice will cook the chicken finished.

    2. If fresh coconut is not available, use frozen, but not dried Serve with grilled flour tortillas
