  1. 10 cups Diced cooked chicken

  2. 10 cups Chopped celery

  3. 2 bunches Green onions w/ tops sliced

  4. 2 cans (4 oz) chopped green chiles

  5. 5 cans (3/4 oz) pitted ripe olives drained and sliced

  6. 2 cups Slivered almonds

  7. 5 cups Cheddar cheese

  8. (20 oz) shredded divided 2 cups Mayonnaise

  9. 2 cups (1 lb.) sour cream

  10. 5 cups Crushed potato chips

  1. Combine the first six ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese.

  2. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into two greased 13x9x1" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
