  1. 3 14 oz. College Inn ® Garden Vegetable Broth

  2. 16 oz. frozen vegetables (mix)

  3. 10 oz. frozen spinach

  4. 9 oz. frozen tortellini cheese

  5. red pepper; red pepper flakes to taste

  1. Directions 1. In 3-quart saucepan, over high heat, heat broth to a boil.

  2. Add frozen mixed vegetables and spinach; return mixture to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add tortellini; simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until tortellini is tender.

  5. Serve warm, sprinkled with crushed red pepper.
