  1. 8 Corn tortillas

  2. 1 Black beans - (16 oz.) rinsed and drained

  3. 1 Pink salmon - (7 oz.) boned and drained

  4. 1/4 Fresh lime juice

  5. 1/4 Fresh parsley - chopped

  6. 1/2 Onion powder

  7. 1/2 Celery salt

  8. 3/4 Cumin

  9. 3/4 Garlic - minced

  10. 1/2 Lime zest - grated

  11. 1/4 Red pepper flakes - dried

  12. 1/4 Chili powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas in triangles and toast oven until crisp, about 5 minutes. Combine the beans and salmon, flaking the salmon with a fork. Mix remaining ingredients; chill to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
