  1. 4 drops angostura bitters

  2. 1 sugar cubes

  3. 3/4 shots cognac , such as Remy Martin

  4. 30 ml champagne , or enough to top up the glass

  1. Drip the Angostura bitters onto a sugar cube and place in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour over the cognac and top up with champagne.
