  1. 3/4 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  3. 1/4 tsp salt

  4. 2 Tbs water

  5. 3 Tbs dry sherry wine

  6. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  8. 1 egg , beaten

  9. 2 Tbs butter , melted

  10. 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  11. 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  1. Heat oven 500°. Beat chicken to ¼-inch thick or when chicken is half thawed, slice breasts in half. Mix crumbs, cheese and salt in shallow plate. Dip chicken in beaten egg and water, then into crumbs to coat. Lay coated chicken on cookie sheet. Heat the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan until butter is melted. Pour over coated chicken and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with baked potato and salad.
