  1. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  2. 2 Lemons

  3. 1 cup 237ml Vinegar

  4. 3 Garlic

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Ketchup

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Prepared mustard

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (large)

  8. 3 Bacon

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 cup 237ml Water

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  12. 1 Liquid smoke flavoring

  13. Pepper to taste

  1. Fry bacon until deep gold, add onions and finish frying until the onions start getting brown. Add garlic and everything else in the recipe and bring to a boil. Turn fire down and simmer until sauce thickens.
